China’s education market has a great potential for development but lots of education institutions do not have their own characteristics. They pursue a comprehensive course arrangement without a course system. Some major state-owned education institutions do have professional course systems but are purely dependent on the national financial investment and do not ‘eating what they kill’ to make profit.
