75 800 presses have been produced in Adamov so far. ADAST machines earn money for their owners from the Republic of South Africa in the south to
Scandinavia and Alaska in the north, from Japan in the east to California in the west. And it will go on like this!

ADAST presses are produced and assembled under strict monitoring and standard control operations (ISO 9001-2000). Any input, i.e. material bought,
components, cooperated production, is subject to input inspection.

Technical inspection of the production uses advanced measuring technology (Opton to inspect side frames, Höffler for gears, Zeiss Spektrum for printing cylinders and transfer drums, etc...).

The above stated components as well as other components that have impact on print quality and machine service life are
inspected for 100% without exception.

ADAST machines are assembled in two halls; “smaller” machines (ADAST 315 and AD 506 and ADAST 507 model series) are concentrated in the first one
while AD 705, AD706 and AD 806 series and recently also ADAST 707 are assembled in the larger hall on the ground floor.

Assembly inspection monitors whether assembly technology and print tests are observed; a qualified inspection print worker supervises inspection operations and evaluates results.

组装检查用以监控是否遵循了组装技术要求和印刷测试结果；一名合格的印刷检查工人监督检查操作并评价结果。

Finished machine is inspected by an independent output inspection. Machine technical parameters are inspected, print samples are evaluated, and completeness of accompanying documents are verified. The inspection examines whether the machine complies with safety regulations of the European Test and Certification Inspection in Wiesbaden. Output inspection workers make out Product Quality and Completeness Certificate, GS Certificate (tested safety)
and, on application, CE Certificate (Certificate of Compliance with EU Standards).
